Some of the apartments and suites at the Romantic Villa Residence La Limonaia are situated on the ground floor, right by the side of the lake, and others are on the first floor. They are all deliberately designed to be different from the others to allow guests to change, if they wish. The house is located beside the lake with three terraces with fabulous views over the unique and tranquil Lake Garda, where you can enjoy complete relaxation. You can chill out with a good book or enjoy some fine wine while you listen to the gentle lapping of the waves upon the shore.
Because there is the added convenience of its private access to the lake, the garden is also the perfect place to enjoy the sun and swim in the lake from early in the morning to late in the evening. Liana speaks four languages and loves to help guests and tell them the best ways to get around the area.
Guests at La Limonaia by Liana have everything they need nearby: the garden, the terrace, the barbecue and parking space. The Residence is just a five minute walk from the centre of Gargnano, so guests don’t need their cars.

The apartments are all named after citrus fruits to reflect the nearby lemon grove at La Limonaia. There’s Limone Apartment, Bergamotto Apartment, Cedro Apartment and Arancio Apartment. The romantic suites are the: O' Sole Mio Suite and the Portofino with Love Suite.

Guests are welcome to stay for short or long breaks. Because of the mild climate and the independently controlled central heating in every apartment, they can also be rented in winter. The Residence in Gargnano is open all year round.
